This week has seen a real shortage in Snapper out of the Gulf and Carolina and Swordfish continues to be very short in the market as well. We've had a brisk start to the week and have blown through a lot of product TOS: Tasmanian Ocean Trout, Mahi, Striped Bass, Dry 10/20 scallops (more Friday).
I do have some Grouper comming in today and have good volumes of Bluenose Seabass, True Australian Ocean Barramundi, Organic Salmon - as well as the usual Tilapia, Rainbow, Pickerel, Char, Clams, Sablefish etc. Also - If you use Tuna Loins, try our 6oz Ultra Low temp Portions - $13.95/lb. You won't believe the 'bloom' on these - see the "feature" section of the site.
