fresh seafood update

The week is off to a great start. Got a good load of fresh fish in from Australia and New Zealand. Lots of Tasmanian Ocean Trout, Bluenose Seabass, True Australian Barramundi fillets ($12.95/lb!!) and whole NZ Snappers. Some of you may have seen the snappers at the F&B show. They are quite special and don't compare to the Florida Red's. They are exceptionally fresh, unbelievable appearance and edibility and I've got 1-2's and 2-3's. Also, try a few pounds of live NZ greenshell mussels ($4.25/lb).
Other fish...I've got a good bit of Mahi, Red Grouper, Florida Snapper, Striped Bass, Tuna, Pickerel, Skate, Monk, Char fillets, and 'dry' Sea Scallops.
Don't forget - if you use Tuna Loins to try our "Ultra Low Temperature" 6oz Portions.
Don't hesitate to drop me line with any inquiries: paul@macgregors.com
