Our Meat Master Program In late
2005, Macgregors introduced our "Meat Master" program within our red meats
department in our endeavour to up the service and responsibility within our foodservice facility with regards to our
custom cut, unique specification customers. The Macgregor Meat Master program identifies
specific master butchers at our plant level that are completely responsible for the
processing of red meat products for these accounts - specifically those customers that
require special handling and processing of portion, vac pack (whole muscle), and box ready
beef orders. Ideally we would like our customers to visit our facility and lay out their
expectations and specifications that will be documented in our Meat Master program in the
presence of their sales representative. After all, most often, our operational level
MacPeople are not in the position to see "the back of the house" of our
customers. It is our way of making the relationship between our customer, our salespeople,
