We start with only the best Air Chilled Grade ‘A’ local Chicken as well as Ontario’s finest Hayter’s Family Turkey’s and King Cole Ducks.  Our automated “cone” deboning line and Federally Inspected processing room give us tremendous flexibility to meet & exceed your expectations, including considerable options in stuffed breasts & supreme’s.
