With close to 20 years of seafood purchasing experience Glenn McNamara, has traveled the world procuring

Paul Foster von Kalben came to
macgregors in 2002 to look after fresh
seafood sales and procurement. Since then, Paul has earned a reputation as an endless
seafood resource and has prided himself on taking that knowledge right to the restaurant
level. He has also been a pioneer in introducing new species of fresh seafood to the
Toronto market from Australia and New Zealand. "Coming from restaurants myself, I
find my satisfaction in continually finding new, beautifully fresh products and
