With close to 20 years of seafood purchasing experience Glenn McNamara, has traveled the world procuring and selecting the "best" seafood products (frozen seafood products) and suppliers. I can honestly say, there are few things in life more rewarding than finding a new delicacy from the sea!"

Paul Foster von Kalben came to macgregors in 2002 to look after fresh seafood sales and procurement. Since then, Paul has earned a reputation as an endless seafood resource and has prided himself on taking that knowledge right to the restaurant level. He has also been a pioneer in introducing new species of fresh seafood to the Toronto market from Australia and New Zealand. "Coming from restaurants myself, I find my satisfaction in continually finding new, beautifully fresh products and re-inventing the role of a fish purveyor".
